Terms of Reference
1. The Women’s Support Center (WSC) is seeking a skilled graphic designer to design a professional and visually engaging report. This report will highlight key achievements, statistical data, and impact stories, and will be distributed to stakeholders, donors, and the general public. The final design should align with the WSC’s branding and effectively communicate our work and impact.
2. The objective of this assignment is to design a high-quality, visually compelling report that is both informative and engaging. The graphic designer will be responsible for layout, typography, color schemes, infographics, and overall visual consistency.
3. The selected graphic designer will be responsible for:
– Developing a visually appealing layout for the report in Armenian and English (approximately 50 pages).
– Creating infographics, charts, and illustrations to present data effectively.
– Ensuring consistency with the WSC’s branding (logo, colors, fonts, etc.).
– Designing cover pages and section dividers.
– Formatting text and images for clarity and readability.
– Providing a print-ready version and a web-friendly PDF.
– Making revisions based on feedback from the WSC.
4. Deliverables:
– Initial design concept (within 5 days of contract signing).
– Full draft report layout (within 2 weeks of receiving content).
– Final print-ready and web-friendly versions (by April 30 deadline).
5. The assignment is expected to start on April 7 and be completed by April 30. The exact timeline will be agreed upon with the selected designer.
6. Required Qualifications:
– Proven experience in designing reports, publications, or similar materials.
– Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and data visualization.
– Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant design tools.
– Experience working with non-profits or human rights organizations is a plus.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
