National Day to Combat Domestic Violence

Every year the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Women mentions October 1 as a National day against domestic violence. As a result the NGO’s which were concerned about the domestic violence issues were joined and created the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Women which demanded fair trial, prevention of domestic violence cases and the regulation of the legislative field.
Each year there are registered more and more domestic violence cases in Armenia.
