From November 25 to December 10 – 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence.”16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence” is a global movement aimed at the elimination of all forms of violence against women. In the frames of activities organized in the period of November 25 to December 10 people get chance to unite their efforts in struggling against gender-based violence. The campaign is gaining momentum year by year, and more and more people are raising their voices to end violence against women. The campaign is aimed to eliminate violence against women and girls all around the world, letting their voices to be heard. 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence begins on November 25 with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and ends on December 10 on Human Rights day. 16-Days also include other important dates:  November 29thInternational Women Human Rights Defenders’ Day, December 1st-World AIDS Day, and December 6th– Montreal Massacre day.
